All companies must provide the Park District with a Certificate of Liability Insurance no later than two weeks prior to the event, naming the St. Charles Park District as additionally insured.

Description of Event
All permits and contracts are subject to compliance with all applicable Park District ordinances, conditions and requirements. Facility rental requests must be made a minimum of 21 days in advance, only for the current rental season, and dependent on availability. Renters must be at least 21 years of age. The District shall have at least one business day after receiving a permit to review the application. The District reserves the right to take additional time to review any application. Permit holder/applicant must have a copy of the approved permit in their possession and be on site for the duration of the event including the final takedown. The District reserves the right to amend the rental rules as needed to serve the best interests of the District. The District reserves the right to relocate any meetings and/or events based on unforeseen circumstances. The District does not assume any liability for lost or stolen property on the District's premises, or for personal injuries sustained on the premises during the renter's use. Alcohol is not permitted in the parks or natural areas without an approved Special Use Permit. Parks and pavilions are open from dawn to dusk. All rental fees are due at the time of reservation and are nonrefundable. Rental dates may be changed pending availability for a $25 fee. Reservations may be taken over the phone and paid with all major credit cards.
